By using OrbitIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What OrbitIQ is
OrbitIQ is a reflection and preparation tool designed to help professionals think clearly about interpersonal dynamics. The insights it generates are interpretive prompts, not clinical assessments, medical advice, or professional psychological services. You are responsible for how you use the output.
What OrbitIQ is not
OrbitIQ does not profile, monitor, or surveil the people you describe. It produces interpretive frameworks based solely on your own inputs. It has no access to information about third parties.
Subscription
Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Founding members are locked at the Founding rate for as long as they remain subscribed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact contact@orbitiq.app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OrbitIQ to make discriminatory employment decisions, harass individuals, or build derivative systems that surveil others without their consent.
Limitation of liability
OrbitIQ is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on your reads, business outcomes, or relationship changes resulting from your use of the tool.
Changes
We may update these terms. Subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
